Phoenix is a structural engineer with a good academic background and practical experience in the field. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Civil and Structural Engineering from Newcastle University. Currently, he is pursuing a part-time MSc in Civil Engineering Structures at City, University of London.
Phoenix has worked as a Graduate Structural Engineer at O’Connor Sutton Cronin, contributing to significant residential projects in London, including Lambeth Riverside, which features 441 new homes in six blocks, and the Kidbrooke Park Road Phase 1 development, which consists of four new blocks of varying heights.
In 2024 he transitioned to MBP as a Structural Engineer, where he is involved in innovative renovation projects. Notable works include a townhouse renovation at Flood Street, adding a lower ground study extension, and enhancing apartments at St Johns Mansions through the careful removal of chimney breasts and stacks.
