Natalie graduated from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology UMIST in 2004 with a Masters in Civil Engineering with North American Studies, completing a year of studies at the University of Calgary in Canada as part of her degree. She joined MBP in 2009 and was chartered in 2011. She has managed a diverse range of projects from schools, museums, commercial premises, social housing and high end residential. She was promoted to Associate in 2018.
