Natalie gained a Masters in Civil Engineering with North American Studies at the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST) in 2004.  She completed a year exchange at the University of Calgary, Canada as part of her studies.  Natalie was chartered in 2011.  She joined MBP in 2009 as a Senior Engineer, and has since completed a number of projects.  Natalie was made Associate in 2018.
